After submitting the form, SMART team will advise you regarding the number of working days during your selected period and any probable holidays. We might suggest you to change the visit date.
If you would like to book the CIP arrival terminal we need to be informed 48 hours prior to your arrival. Any request received later would be proceeded quickly but no guarantee for successful booking. 
Ordinary pick up services have standard rates. For CIP pick up service the rates would be calculated based on your request and declared prior to your arrival. Any pick up services should be requested at least 24 hours prior to your arrival. 
Please consider that due to supply and demand of accommodation services in Tehran and the events being held it is not always possible to book the exact facilities requested by you. It means early booking would be always an advantage and SMART team will do the best to book the exact accommodation services requested by you or the most similar and available facilities to the request.
Urban transportation rates would be calculated and declared to the client based on the exact request of client. Transportation services need to be booked at least 24 hours prior to the requested date. The rates would be for 10 hours a day inside Tehran. Over time working or out of the city destinations would be calculated and paid extra to the normal declared rates.
For probable domestic travels we can advise you on the best means of transportation (airplane, train, bus, car …) based on the rates, availability, your destination, season …
For other facilities required in the cities other than Tehran our team will inform you about the best possible availabilities and will help you to make the most optimum decision. 
By interpreter we mean someone who can speaks your selected language fluently and understands the business terms. To employ an interpreter please inform us one week prior to your arrival.
By assistant we mean someone with working knowledge in English who might not be able to act as your interpreter but able to handle your daily tasks in the city and between the meetings.
Due to the distances, traffic time management we do not take the responsibility of more than four meetings per day but based on the final list of meetings and locations we will prepare the matching package for you.
For any free time activities please inform us at least one day prior to your preferred date.
